The new menu Qafila at Kava- Faifield by Mariott ORR takes you on a gastronomical journey, with the best delights from royal kitchens of North to simple culinary preparations of the south being given new avatar by the chef and his team.
It was a pleasure to be invited at this esteemed hotel to savour the new menu amidst calm n serene ambience.
🍽️We started with a comforting warm soup, Santra chilgoza, which has a strong flavor of orange along with pine nut, cilantro n other spices. In appetizers, Doodhiya kebab, Palak kebabs n Murgh mirch tikka were attractively arranged and meticulously prepared.
My drinks: Spiced Mango Mojito and Jal-jeera G&T were perfect accompaniment to the perfect meals.
🍽️The main course, named Riwaz, had a variety to choose from North n South Indian dishes, besides mutton, fish, lamb n prawns. .
🍽️Right from landing to our table n then to our mouth , our flavorsome food satisfied every visual need and taste. So we had their famous Kava daal, Kundan Kaliya ( Chicken dish), Guncha Keema ( cauliflower vegetable), Paneer begumati, Sarson ka saag, among others dishes, accompanied with Naan, Pudian parantha n Makki roti.
🍡In desserts, we were served Kesari Rajbhog, Kulfi falooda n Shahi Tudkda, among which ,the last one is not be missed at any cost🙂 .
🍽️The service is good, plus the staff is quite friendly and had good knowledge about food. All in all, a very satisfactory experience.
