Will temporary hair colour work on dark hair?

If you’ve never tried temporary hair colours till date, you’re going to be thoroughly surprised by how easy and convenient it is to actually use them. The thing with temporary hair colours is that if you do not fancy the hair colour you chose after a while, you can switch to another crazy colour with the ease of switching an outfit.

Temporary hair dyes are a blessing in disguise to the commitment-phobes out there! I’m talking about those who can’t stick to just one permanent hair colour for a longer period of time. If you’re one of them, I understand your frequent urge to switch things up with your hair every once in a while. The convenience of temporary hair colours kill that fear you’ve for hair colouring as a whole.

Applying and washing off a temporary hair colour is also super easy and takes very little effort.. While permanent hair colour might demand expensive parlour appointments, temporary hair colours don’t. The colours add a vibrant burst to your locks without creating too much of a mess. Temporary hair colours do not alter your natural hair colour. It just covers your hair strand from the outermost layer.

Hair colour

Let’s address the main question here. Will a temporary hair colour actually work on rick black hair? The answer is yes, it will. Temporary hair colours coat hair strands adding eye-popping colours, no matter how dark your natural hair colour is. Be it naturally rich black, light brown hair colour or dark brown hair colour, you can choose a funky blue hair colour, crazy red hair colour or punk purple hair colour for your strands and trust me, it’ll work just fine! However, one thing you should note when it comes to subjecting your hair to temporary hair colours or getting highlights is that you purchase a good hair colour product. I recently got to try Colorisma’s new range of temporary 1 wash hair colour make up and I’ve experimented with the colours enough to say that they’re undeniably cool and easy to use.

Colorisma offers a premium range of mystic, dreamy and fascinating colours – Euphoria Blue, Champagne Gold, Summer Pink and Disco Platinum. You can wear your colours according to your changing moods with the liberty to wash them off anytime you wish. When it comes to temporary hair colours, there’s no such thing as hair colours for men or hair colours for women! It’s for every other colour fanatic. They’re perfect for all our one-day transformations.

People who want colours to stay for a comparatively longer time often go for bleaching their hair strands. But if you kick start conversations with people around regarding bleaching, you’d notice that many people are averse to the concept. Uncountable disastrous experiments apart, the fact that bleach breaks down the protective layer of your hair scares most of us. Fortunately, there’s no need to lighten your hair while using temporary hair colours.

One catch of having fun with temporary hair dye is that, if your hair has a really fine and light texture, the colour might stay a little longer than you hoped it to. But again, it’s not going to ruin the natural hair colour. Remember those guests who refuse to leave even after the clock strikes 12 am? Kinda like that. (I can assure you that, usually, the colour will bid adios in a day.)

I had no idea hair colouring without causing any damage would be possible! Temporary hair colours make your global hair colour, balayage or lowlights dreams easier to attain. Because the colour does not seep into the roots of our strands, the damage isn’t a nightmare for hair colour enthusiasts like you and me! Go ahead, rainbow up your tresses just for a day with temporary hair colours, score tons of compliments without any commitment. Because, it’s a whole new experience you do not want to miss on!

Hair color be it of any form permanent or temporary is surely not healthy for the hair strands as someway or other it affects hair quality. as per me its better to use a hair color which at least remain after 2 to 3 wash and not go away in just one wash.

I have not coloured my hair since 2009. I prefer to keep it that way. But temp hair colours are tempting me to try a different look for a day. Getting one soon maybe… lets see….
